IfG Productivity Pitch - April 2025

I had the great pleasure of presenting at the Institute for Government today, along with my friend and colleague Brice Dassey from NISTA (formerly the IPA). We talked about how the IPA partnered with my team to migrate all reporting on the Government Major Projects Portfolio (around $1.1tn of government spending!) away from their previous software solution, to the Government Reporting Integration Platform ("GRIP"), which my team builds in house. The migration has been wildly successful, and it felt good to get to tell the story of how it happened in public, and even more so to do this at the IfG.
